The terms under which Calkku is offered.

1. Acceptance

By installing, opening, or using Calkku you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Calkku on behalf of a household or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them.

2. The service

Calkku is a calendar-decoration app for iOS 26. It lets you decorate the days in your calendar with stickers, memos, stamps, polaroid photos, and washi-tape spans; import events from Apple Calendar; schedule local reminders; render widgets and a Live Activity; and (optionally) mirror your data to your own iCloud private database. Calkku is provided as-is and may evolve. We may add, change, or remove features without notice; we will preserve a way to export your existing data (More menu → Export Data) so you always have it.

3. Your data, your device

Calkku does not require an account. Your data lives in the App Group container on your device and (optionally) in your own iCloud private database. We do not run servers that hold your decorated days, and we cannot retrieve your data for you if you delete it.

You are responsible for your iCloud account security and for periodic backups (Export Data) if your decorations are precious to you.

4. In-app purchases

• Sticker packs — one-time purchases of seasonal or artist-collaboration packs. Once purchased, the pack is restored across devices signed into the same Apple ID via StoreKit.
• Optional cloud-sync subscription — when available, this is a recurring auto-renewable subscription processed by Apple. Pricing is shown in-app at the time of purchase. Auto-renewal occurs unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation — manage and cancel any subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• Family Sharing — sticker packs and subscriptions support Family Sharing where enabled.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app beyond what local law permits.
• Resell or sub-license the app or any sticker pack purchased through it.
• Use the app to harass, defame, or harm any person.
• Attempt to bypass StoreKit entitlement checks.
• Use Calkku to store content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to store.

6. Your decorations & content

Everything you create in Calkku — events, decorations, memos, photos, drawings — remains yours. We never claim a license over your content for marketing, training, or any other purpose. We do not have access to it server-side because we do not run a server.

If you share an export file with someone else, that is your choice and your responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

The Calkku name, logo, app artwork, in-app illustrations, paper textures, washi-tape designs, and source code are © Codeful and protected by copyright and trademark law. Sticker packs we ship are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within Calkku.

Third-party stationery brand names mentioned in the app (e.g. for compatibility or comparison) belong to their respective owners. No endorsement is implied.

8. Termination

You may stop using Calkku and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if continued operation poses a legal or security risk. Termination does not refund unused subscription time (Apple handles those per Apple's policy).

9. Disclaimer

Calkku is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific feature will continue to be available.

Calkku is a planner aid, not authoritative scheduling software for medical, legal, or safety-critical use. Always confirm important events with the original source.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codeful and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or decorations. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of Calkku shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limits of liability for certain damages; in those places, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced inside the app and at this URL at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Calkku after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, except where local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to sue in your home jurisdiction.
